Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Estikar Shifts, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Caregivers must meet credential, identity, and background-check requirements.

3. The platform

Estikar Shifts is a marketplace. Employers post shifts and engage caregivers. We are not a party to the employment, independent contractor, or care relationship between an employer and a caregiver.

4. Verification

We verify identity, credentials, and background as described on our Security page. Verification is not a guarantee.

5. Payments

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Subscription, billing, and refund terms are presented at purchase and incorporated by reference.

6. Acceptable use

No fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity. Don't misrepresent credentials, identity, or shift details. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
