Estikar Shifts ("we", "us") provides a marketplace connecting caregivers with employers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Account details (name, email, phone, role)
- Profile details (credentials, availability, employer information)
- Background check and identity verification results processed by our providers
- Shift, billing, and payout records
- Device, log, and usage data needed to operate the service
3. How we use information
To verify accounts, match caregivers to shifts, process payments and payouts, send notifications, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service.
4. Sharing
We share information with subprocessors (hosting, background checks, payments, email) under contract, and with the counterparty of a confirmed shift as needed. We do not sell personal data.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls restrict access to authorized personnel.
6. Your choices
